The SEIU Mercury Mastercard is a credit card issued by First Bank & Trust and managed by Mercury Financial. To qualify for this offer, you must have received an offer in the mail inviting you to apply.

This means that we were able to review some of your credit profile and you met that criteria. Your application should be approved unless: 1) you have had an adverse change in your credit profile, 2) you do not meet other pre-established criteria that we were not able to review, such as your debts are too high as a percentage of your income, or 3) we are unable to verify your identity. You’ll earn 2 point(s) for each $1.00 spent on Gas, Grocery Store, and Utility Purchases as determined by merchant category code and 1 point for each $1.00 spent on all other qualifying Purchases made on your card, less returns. Points will round up to the next dollar if a Purchase is equal to an amount that ends in $0.50 or greater. Once you earn 1,000 points you can redeem for cash back options.

You can redeem points at www.mercurycards.com or by calling the number on the back of your card once you have earned at least 1,000 points.

The following are not considered qualifying Purchases and will not earn points: disputed charges, unauthorized charges, illegal or fraudulent charges, interest charges, fees, Balance Transfers or Cash Advances (which includes items that are convertible to cash, such as stored value cards, lottery tickets, money orders, casino chips, foreign currency, or similar items). There is no cap on the amount of points you can earn as long as the Program continues, and your Card Account is open for new transactions.

A portion of the total credit line will be available for cash advances. The total credit line and cash advance credit line will be displayed on your monthly billing statement.
